Meat CSA

Our meat CSA will consist of:

2 whole Chickens

2-4 lbs of Ground Beef

1 cut of Beef

2 lbs of Breakfast sausage-NO MSG

1 cut of Pork

The weight of the meat share will be between 15 and 20lbs depending on the cuts and weights of the chickens.

The Chickens may be whole, cut up, or in half.

Beef Cuts maybe steaks (t-Bone, rib eye, or sirloin), chuck or arm roasts, sirloin tip or rolled rump roast, stew meat and soup bones. 

Pork Cuts may include: pork chops, ham steak, shoulder roast, bacon, and bratwurst

Duration of the CSA will be:

Winter Season:  Every other week:

Friday pickup at our Farm 6501 N Boone School Rd Poplar Grove

Saturday Geneva Winter Market at 11 N 5th St, Geneva, IL 60134

Summer Season:  Every week for 22 weeks

Thursday pick up at Geneva Market 

Friday pick up at our Farm 6501 N Boone School Rd Poplar Grove

We will also offer a Fall Season CSA at a later date
